Additional Participation Opportunities
Community Partners
Businesses or organizations that provide significant non-monetary support, services, equipment, food, water, supplies, or other in-kind contributions. Recognition should be determined based on the verified value and importance of the contribution. A substantial in-kind contribution may receive recognition comparable to an appropriate sponsorship level with leadership approval.
Vendors
Businesses participating in Fall Fest to sell products, provide food, or offer a service without financially sponsoring the event. Vendors normally pay an established participation fee. Vendor participation does not automatically include sponsorship benefits.
Signature Attraction Sponsors
Helicopter and candy-drop sponsorships should remain separate from the standard Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels.
