Partnership Expectations
To ensure a successful partnership, we ask all vendors and partners to review and agree to the following:
Shared Promotion – An important part of partnership is spreading the word!
You will receive digital and/or printed promotional materials at no cost.
We ask that you intentionally share these with your customers and community.
Event Timeframe
Fall Fest runs from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Vendors must be set up by 12:00 p.m.
Vendor Space
Each vendor space is 12x12 ft.
Food Truck Vendors
Fee: $300
Proof of insurance required (upload included in application form).
Utilities
Please note: No water or electricity hook-ups are available.
Application Process
Deadline to Apply: October 1, 2025
After submission, our team will review your application.
You will receive a response within 48 hours.
If approved, you’ll receive an acceptance email along with a payment link.
