Partnership Expectations

To ensure a successful partnership, we ask all vendors and partners to review and agree to the following:

Shared Promotion – An important part of partnership is spreading the word!
- You will receive digital and/or printed promotional materials at no cost.
- We ask that you intentionally share these with your customers and community.
Event Timeframe
- Fall Fest runs from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Vendors must be set up by 12:00 p.m.
Vendor Space
- Each vendor space is 12x12 ft.
Food Truck Vendors
- Fee: $300
- Proof of insurance required (upload included in application form).
Utilities
- Please note: No water or electricity hook-ups are available.
